Information you choose to send

If you email us, we receive your name or display name, email address, enquiry content, any attachments or other information you include, and information associated with the message. We use this information to respond, manage the enquiry, provide support and consider feedback to improve Parkero. Please avoid sending sensitive information or another person's private details unless necessary for your enquiry.

Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing or register you for early access. Early-access registration is not open. This website has no account creation, signup form, live-location request or image-upload facility.

Hosting and service providers

The website is delivered using Netlify. Its hosting systems handle technical requests, which may include your IP address, requested page or resource, browser information and request diagnostics, to deliver and protect the website and investigate technical problems. Correspondence to our current contact address is handled through Google Gmail; your own email provider also handles messages you send.

Some service providers may process or store information outside Australia. We do not promise Australian-only storage. See Google's privacy policy and Netlify's privacy information.

We do not sell enquiry information or use it for unrelated marketing. Information is handled by service providers as needed for these services and may be disclosed where required by law. We do not intentionally deploy optional analytics cookies, advertising trackers or marketing pixels on this website. Hosting and security request records are separate from optional tracking.

Retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, including handling enquiries, resolving disputes, meeting legal obligations and maintaining necessary records. We review information when its purpose ends or a relevant request is received, and delete or de-identify it when no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations. This is not an automatic deletion schedule.

We take reasonable steps to protect information and limit access to people who need it for these purposes. No online service or email transmission is completely secure. Provider recovery and backup processes may mean that every copy does not disappear immediately after deletion from an active record.

Access, correction, deletion and concerns

Email parkeroandmore@gmail.com to ask about personal information we hold about you, request access, correction or deletion where appropriate, or raise a privacy concern. LuxSpire handles these requests. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm that the request concerns you and to identify the relevant records. We assess the request, take appropriate action and explain the outcome, including any reason information needs to be retained. Deletion is not instantaneous.

Changes

We may update this notice as the website or our practices change and show the updated date here. New collection features will require an updated notice before they are activated. Contact: parkeroandmore@gmail.com.
