Parkero / Data sources
Data sources
Useful parking information starts with knowing where it comes from.
Parkero uses authoritative council/government data where available, tracks provenance and applies consistent rules to supported data, with conservative handling when information is incomplete.
Parking information
This website summarises source families. It does not publish parking records or a complete source register.
- Source family
- Council and government street-parking datasets
- Publishers
- The relevant council or government data custodian for each supported dataset.
- Licence and attribution
- Dataset-specific conditions apply. No single licence is asserted for this source family. Applicable source credits and notices must accompany displayed data or imagery where required.
- Provenance and updates
- Source identity, retrieval context and supported rule information are tracked. Data and local conditions can change; a retrieval date is not necessarily the publisher’s update date.

- Commercial parking and facility information
- Publishers
- Relevant facility operators or identified data publishers.
- Licence and attribution
- Permissions and credit requirements depend on the source. A listing does not imply endorsement or a commercial arrangement.
- Provenance and updates
- Facility details may change. Confirm pricing, hours, entry conditions and availability with the operator. Commercial facilities are not evaluated street-parking matches.
